Raw Walnut Stuffed Pepper

I’ve been going raw for about two weeks, I’m not quite 100% yet but I’m getting there. Today was a 100% day and I had these awesome stuffed peppers for dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dates
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3 peppers cut in half
  1. Put all ingredients in food processor except celery and pepper.

2. Pulse until well combined

3. Add celery

4. Mix with spoon

5. Spoon into peppers.

6. Serve Immediately.
