- 6 tbs Earth Balance Margarine
- 3 cups Gluten free Rice Krispy’s
- 1/2 10oz bag of vegan marshmallows
- Pint of Soy Good Ice Cream
- Strawberries for Garnish
Pull out Ice cream and let it thaw while making crust.
To make the Rice Krispy’s see directions here.
Pour Rice Krispies into 9″ pie dish. Press evenly dish to form crust.
Add thawed ice cream to crust and freeze for one hour.
Serve with fresh strawberries.
