Pie On Sunday

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbs  Earth Balance Margarine
  • 3 cups  Gluten free Rice Krispy’s
  • 1/2 10oz bag of  vegan marshmallows
  • Pint of Soy Good Ice Cream
  • Strawberries for Garnish

Directions:

Pull out Ice cream and let it thaw while making crust.

To make the Rice Krispy’s  see directions here.

Pour Rice Krispies into 9″ pie dish. Press evenly dish to form crust.

Add thawed ice cream to crust and freeze for one hour.

Serve with fresh strawberries.

  1. That looks delicious!!! I need to make that rice crispy recipe soon! And I have tried soy ice cream and do not like it at all, how is the rice dreams stuff? I like their milk way better than soy too. I use almond now but I used to do rice dreams and thought it was yummy.
