There are just some days when I don’t have time to hit the gym or go for a run. With two jobs it can be hard to find time. On those days I like to fit in a online workout. There are so many to choose from out there and now with smart TV’s, Xbox, and PlayStation you can stream these videos directly to your TV! Not to mention its FREE!!!

If your looking for weight training videos, then you’ll have to check out MyOhMyFitness. Marianne Kane’s videos focus on Kettle Bell training and Olympic Weight lifting and she makes it look easy.
