Question: What does healthy living mean to you?
Tina
Love this survey, and I agree with you on the cheat day. If you want something, have it, be satisfied, and enjoy it! No need to restrict yourself from anything
All about balance and just like you said, your body is usually a good indicator as to what it needs/craves!
I love your answer to #19! You go, girl!
Thank you
I love this! Mind if I steal it for my blog later this week?
I agree with you on calories, “cheat days” and the biggest change since becoming more fit.
Also, I have that same water bottle in blue, and I have the same problem since buying it! For some reason drinking water out of a glass is just not the same. Hubs teases me about how frustrated I get if my water bottle isn’t clean (or if he “borrowed” it to take to the gym when he got up earlier than me, and left it in his car). lol
Go ahead!
I love that water bottle so much! I glad to know I’m not the only one that has water bottle OCD..lol
Love your answers! Healthy living for me is to feel strong and confident when I wake up in the morning and be able to do things I want. I go by what Socrate once said: ” It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable”
You go girl! That is a beautiful quote! Thanks for the sharing
Hi Jenny and Tina,
I’m new to blogging, I literally started yesterday. Thanks for stopping by. I’ll definitely be checking out your guys’ blog to learn about how this all works. Best to you both!
Welcome to the blogging community! Feel free to ask us any blog related questions we have been thru it all. Best of Luck!
I’m with you on the breakfast thing – my stomach is sensitive in the morning and I can’t enjoy anything, so I would rather wait and eat later when I can enjoy it. The only exception to this, though, is before a long run. Then, I usually have an english muffin or toast with peanut butter.
I also like your perspective on cheat days – it’s so much easier to get obsessive an unhealthy when I start focusing on good vs. bad foods. I know what food is good fuel and just try to feed myself mostly good fuel. A little treat isn’t a bad thing!
I couldn’t agree with you more!
Love the honesty, I deeply believe that healthy living is process, we can always do better, perfection is an illusion. A person has to do what works for their body and their life!
Beautifully put! Thanks for sharing!
